In this 7-week course, Kenneth Samples, RTB's senior theologian lays out the foundational beliefs of the world's major religions, including Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Mormonism, and Eastern mysticism. Students will explore the ways proponents of these religions use modern science to justify their particular worldviews. This abbreviated version of the course does not include the unit on the issue of religious pluralism ("Do all religions lead to God?"), which is included in the 15-week version.
This registration will give one student access to the online materials (lectures, lecture notes and discussion boards) for the "World Religions and Science" 7-week course. The additional purchase of course textbooks is required.
